It seems that President Obama and his staff has recently passed a law that will put a tariff on all tires being imported into the United States from China. This may not seem like a big deal but there is a wide array of scooter manufacturers in the US who use tires imported from China.

Late last month we notified you of a major seizing at the Texan border of over 1,400 scooters. Well, it seems that the incident was not as isolated as some may have thought as the EPA and DOT have announced they are cracking down on scooter regulations.
