Roehr is finally making their electric sport and racing motorcycles available. They are dubbed the eSuperbike and eSuperSport, both of which are now available for pre-order. Pricing for the new eRoehr line starts at $16,995, with the eSuperBike and the RR model priced at $27,595 and $34,495 respectively.

Brammo presents Enertia, the first motorcycle added to its roster of electric vehicles. The Enertia is capable of traveling at speeds in excess of 50 mph with a range of 35 to 45 miles per charge.

Tricycles in the Philippines are a familiar mode of commuting vehicles and apparently one of the busiest districts of the Philippines metropolis is considering the shift towards electric tricycles. Incidentally, there was already a semblance of shift in terms of electric transportation in 2007 as the Makati government had already launched electric mini-jeepneys. So this new focus seems likely to follow the same trend.
