A disabled woman lost her electric scooter in Clackamas Town but eventually got it back, in pieces! And while the recovered scooter was practically in shambles, Theresa Soto still wanted it back maybe for sentimental value reasons.

There are some perks you can get from serving your country and now it seems that soldiers who risked their life and ended up being disabled and lacking in mobility. Such is the case for people like Naik Ram Dass during the Indo-Pak war. Apparently Dass’ leg got affected by a mine blast, rendering him handicapped until recently. Dass was among the 55 disabled soldiers that were given a modified scooter at the Bombay Engineering Group.
