Zero Motorcycles is expanding their 100% electric motorcycles to Europe after sealing a distribution agreement with eMobility to sell bikes in Switzerland. 4 models are currently offered for sale worldwide and Zero offer shipping worldwide through their online shop.

The prototypes of Yamaha’s EC-03 were shown last year and now it looks like they are going to invade the Asian regions as well. In fact, they are scheduled to invade Japan this coming Summer to kick off what you can safely call the Asian Invasion.

Hero Electric has announced that it will start exporting scooters to Latin America and Europe by 2010. They also bared that they are looking for potential distributors in these areas and is exploring other regions as well like Brazil, Uruguay, Paraguay and Argentina. The first electric scooter will be launched in the next two months after already launching one hybrid scooter last month. They have set an annual sales quota of 25,000 to 30,000 units to break the ice as far as their sales goals are concerned.
