A mobility scooter would normally be easy to use. Though some people may find it hard to navigate at first, a mobility scooter is as simple as moving in directions and using the controls to navigate properly. But no thanks to the rising number of accidents, the Norfolk police believe that holding a driving course may help negate this alarming issue.
