The prototypes of Yamaha’s EC-03 were shown last year and now it looks like they are going to invade the Asian regions as well. In fact, they are scheduled to invade Japan this coming Summer to kick off what you can safely call the Asian Invasion.
These scooters will be backed by electric batteries. They will target Taiwan next and then Europe. India and China electric scooter manufacturers have so far been active in the electric scooter market sector and now with the entry of Yamaha, a new player should give them a run for their money.
