Insurance on scooters is something many would certainly pass off right now but if there is a great deal such as offered discounts, then perhaps scooter owners will want to check out what is on the table. Aprilia is offering discounted insurance deals for young riders on a range of 50cc and 125cc scooters and bikes.

In the 50cc series, the Aprilia SR 50 sports scooter is available to purchase with third party only insurance absolutely free for 16 to 24 year olds.Third party, fire and theft cover is available at just £199. Aprilia is also offering a deal on three motorcycles from the 125cc range.

The RS125 supersports machine and the RX125 and SX125 off-road models can all be insured for 17 to 24 year olds for just £249 third party only (£399 third party, fire and theft). These deals are on offer until 30 June 2009. Insurance cover is provided by Lexham Insurance Consultants.
