London pensioner, Harold Churchill, won a competition providing him with a car fully customized car, however the man decided to go for a more practical alternative instead- getting his £400 mobility scooter pimped out. The 72-year-old man had “retired” from driving, and after winning the competition he decided to get the scooter he uses customized.
His scooter now has a hand-painted bodykit, carbon fiber racing seat, surround sound music system, alloy wheels and underbody neon. The competition was a part of the launch of Activision’s Pimp My Ride: Street Racing game. Alterations to the scooter cost £2,500 ($4000). No doubt, Mr. Churchill now has the coolest mobility scooter ever.
